We are happy to exchange, give store credit, or refund items that are in new, unused and original condition within 15 days from the date of purchase. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in as received condition for the goods to be restocked and resold.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or their PayPal Account. Exchanges need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.
When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if;
- you do not have proof of purchase from Dolan Saddlery
- the goods have been used or tested
- the goods have been damaged after you purchased them.
Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
